Vincent brings over a decade of audit experience in banking, giving him a rigorous, first-hand understanding of financial controls, data integrity, and the systems that underpin them. He founded the company to bring that same banking-grade rigour to accounting firms and SMEs, sectors often left with outdated processes and systems that weren't built for how they actually operate.

That vision led him to build a multi-tenant SaaS platform purpose-built for practice management and business operations, giving accounting firms and SMEs a single system for accounting, compliance, payroll, and client management, instead of a patchwork of disconnected tools. Vincent leads the platform's design and implementation end to end, translating banking-grade rigour into practical, well-built systems that give owners confidence in the numbers behind every decision.

An FCCA and CA who began her career in audit, Jessica combines technical rigour with sharp commercial judgement. That grounding shapes her approach today: precise, pragmatic, and focused on the decisions leadership actually needs to make.

Jessica leads complex systems migration engagements, working directly with business owners and leadership teams to de-risk transitions and turn financial data into a genuine strategic asset rather than a reporting obligation. A forward-thinking advisor who embraces AI and emerging technology, she's trusted by the leaders she works with for her judgement as much as her technical expertise.

Ai Chin leads the data migration workstream, drawing on extensive finance and administrative operations experience across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and office administration to ensure every dataset is accurate and complete before it moves.

She specialises in migrating client data from legacy systems such as Autocount, SQL Accounting, and Xero onto the ERP platform, managing each transition with the accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail needed to ensure data consistency and smooth migration process.

Danny drives business development for the SME segment, bringing a track record of building relationships and winning new business across a range of SME clients.

His background spans business development engagements and hands-on system setup work, giving him a practical understanding of both what SME owners need commercially and what it takes to get them successfully onboarded onto new systems.
